If at anytime you are unhappy with your product in the first 30 days of purchase, please reach out to discuss solutions for returns or exchanges. Shipping will not be covered for returns (local purchases in the PHX Metro area are eligible for pick up). All home goods are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. If this product fails in that time period (showing reasonable wear & tear) please reach out and either a repair will be arranged or a replacement.
